Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping is a relatively new form of taping, using elasticized tape that adheres to the skin and can modify the function of soft tissues.
Kinesiology taping can be used for a wide variety of conditions including:
- Overuse injuries/tendinopathies

- Muscle strains or dysfunctions
- Ligament or joint sprains
- Joint instabilities and pain
It can be applied in a number of ways to:
- Facilitate or inhibit muscle action
- Stabilize joints and improve proprioception
- Correct tissue dysfunction
- Reduce pain and swelling
