Maximum Physiotherapy offers Spring and Summer Running Clinics. The clinics generally run for 8-12 weeks and are led by experienced runners. Clinics include information talks, a personal training log, a running gift upon successful completion of the clinic and varied training sessions.

Learn To Run Clinics

  • learn how to run properly, to prevent future injurious
  • get your questions answered by knowledgeable coaches

10 km Clinics

  • give your running body a tune-up
  • progress safely and effectively from 5km to 10km
  • maintain and / or improve your fitness with a new 10 km goal
  • spice up your training for a 10 km event
  • get motivation from running with a group of people like you
  • Challenge yourself with a variety of workouts (hills, fartrek, intervals , tempo runs)
  • learn to balance your training with strength, flexibility and nutrition tips

Half Marathon Clinic
