Maximum’s Running Package
is a 5 session program and includes:

 

 

First Visit:

  • One-on-one biomechanical assessment
  • Videotaped running analysis
  • Report with results and recommendations

4 subsequent visits (within 12 weeks of first visit) which will include:  

  • Prescription of personalized strengthening and stretching exercise program
  • Advice on appropriate running shoes and custom Orthotics
  • Personalized running program with follow-up
  • Nutrition and hydration advice
  • Treatment of running injuries
  • Coaching consultation if wanted

Also included in the running package are:

  • Theraband for strengthening exercises
  • 3 complimentary day passes to a running clinic in session

Cost of Maximum’s Running Package: $295.
(subsequent visits can be purchased at $50/visit)

Sue Underhill

 

 

 

 

Registered Physiotherapist

An avid athlete, Sue has been running for over 25 years, from 5km to marathon distance. She has also competed in triathlons, cross country ski races and long distance open water swim events. She initiated the Collingwood Women on the Run Running Clinics including Learn to Run, 10km and Half Marathon. She is the current organizer of the Collingwood Terry Fox Run and has been involved each year in the Collingwood Run for the Cure. She is passionate about getting people involved in sport and keeping them active.

Connie Ohrling

 

 

 

 

Registered Physiotherapist

Connie has competed as a middle distance runner at the national level and now races recreationally in various distances up to the half marathon. She recently won her age group at the 2008 Angus Glen Half Marathon in a time of 1:30:52.  She has been an Athletics Canada team physiotherapist for the past 8 years attending international events such as the World Cross Country Championships and the World Youth Track and Field Championships.  She has a wealth of training knowledge and can often be found pre-dawn with her girlfriends running hill repeats or doing speed work. Connie also enjoys nordic skiing and cycling.
