Workplace Assessment

Workplace Assessments are conducted at the workplace by a Certified Kinesiologist. The assessment focuses on the physical demands of the required duties of the worker and, in addition, the demands of alternative and modified duties. Consultation with the individual’s treating medical practitioners may be used to assist in the development of a suitable program for returning to regular duties for the individual.

Work Station/ Workspace Ergonomic Assessment

A Physiotherapist or Certified Kinesiologist from our clinic will meet clients in their workplace to assess the ergonomic set up. Based on the results of the assessment, the therapist will make recommendations regarding ergonomic changes to the client and/ or employee to optimize comfort and decrease risk of discomfort or injury.
