Success Stories
What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a therapeutic practice with origins in traditional Chinese medicine, used for thousands of years to promote natural recovery. It involves inserting fine, sterile needles into precise points on the body to restore balance and improve overall function.
From a traditional perspective, acupuncture encourages the smooth flow of energy, while modern research shows it stimulates the nervous system, triggering the release of endorphins—the body’s natural pain-relieving chemicals. This combination often helps reduce discomfort, improve circulation, and restore energy levels.

In 2005, he opened Body ‘n Balance Physio & Wellness, and in 2017, he expanded by opening a second clinic in Creemore.
