Each client and staff must successfully complete a Covid digital screening questionnaire before entry into the clinic each day.


Clients are asked to leave coats and jackets in their car and to bring in only their masks, a form of payment, and car keys. When in the clinic, shoes and socks will come off, and our fun clinic socks will be put on!


To respect physical distancing protocols, we ask you to wait in the hall until invited in. We are limiting the number of clients into our clinic at a time.


We have implemented high-frequency cleaning protocols with approved cleaning products. In addition to routine cleaning, surfaces that come into contact frequently with hands will be cleaned and disinfected twice per day and when visibly dirty. Special attention will be paid to commonly touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, toilet handles, counters, touch screen surfaces, and shared materials, equipment, workstations, keypads, etc. All equipment used in client contact will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.


We are asking that clients bring their own homemade or medical mask. If they arrive without one, we have some available for two dollars. All our staff will be equipped with masks when they are within 2 metres of a client.


Upon entering and exiting the clinic, everyone will sanitize their hands. Our physiotherapists will be washing their hands before and after each client. 


We kindly ask that you use your bathroom before arriving for your appointment.


Unless a client requires a caregiver or is a guardian to a child under the age of 16 years old, we ask that clients attend their appointments alone.
