Each client and staff must successfully complete a Covid digital screening questionnaire before entry into the clinic each day.


Clients are asked to leave personal belongings in their car and to bring in only their masks, a form of payment, car keys, and any clothing or footwear needed for treatment. When in the clinic, shoes will come off, and clean dry socks will be worn (we have fun clinic socks you can put on if you dont have your own!)


To respect physical distancing protocols, we ask you to wait in the hall until invited in. We are limiting the number of clients into our clinic at a time.


We have implemented high-frequency cleaning protocols with approved cleaning products. In addition to routine cleaning, surfaces that come into contact frequently with hands will be cleaned and disinfected twice per day and when visibly dirty. Special attention will be paid to commonly touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, toilet handles, counters, touch screen surfaces, and shared materials, equipment, workstations, keypads, etc. All equipment used in client contact will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.


A mask is required to enter the building and at all times in the clinic. All our staff will be equipped with masks at all times.


Upon entering and exiting the clinic, everyone will sanitize their hands. Our physiotherapists will be washing their hands before and after each client. 


We kindly ask that you use your bathroom before arriving for your appointment.


Unless a client requires a caregiver or is a guardian to a child under the age of 16 years old, we ask that clients attend their appointments alone.
