Sue has a Masters degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta and a BSc. in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. She has practised in Collingwood since 1994 and loves the community she’s become involved with. Busy with an active family, a farm near Creemore and a business, Sue makes time each day for an activity with “the girls”: cross country skiing, biking, swimming, CrossFit or running. Her passion for activity is not just personal; Sue thrives on inspiring others to remain or become active both through her professional life and her volunteer choices.
PhysiotherapistAlexandra holds a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation specializing in Physiotherapy from the University of Manitoba. She has a special interest in the treatment and management of concussions, stroke and TMJ (temperomandibular joint) dysfunctions. Alexandra utilizes a holistic approach to treatment and believes in the importance of movement and manual therapy in treating and preventing injuries. Alex’s clients benefit from her training in Pilates and acupuncture. Alex is a mother of 2 young active children and enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, yoga, soccer, and coaching development level alpine skiers.
PhysiotherapistConnie graduated with a BHSc. from University of Western Ontario. Connie has a sport diploma with the Sport Physiotherapy Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has traveled extensively as the team physiotherapist for Athletics Canada. Her success and knowledge in running and nordic skiing is impressive – and she imparts that wisdom and experience in her coaching of youth runners and nordic skiers.
John has a Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo and a Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University. After a few years of working in private clinics, John settled into home care physiotherapy, a service he provides for Maximum Physiotherapy. He enjoys the satisfaction he gets from making his clients more functional and safe in their own homes. When not playing, coaching or refereeing hockey, John is happiest walking his dogs or driving his tractor on the farm.
Registered Massage Therapist
Cathy graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Everest College. She also holds a BA from the University of Waterloo with additional studies in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Cathy is certified and experienced in Advanced Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Dolphin Neurostimulation and Pilates. Cathy’s background as an accomplished highland dancer and participant in competitive sports, combined with her genuine warmth and empathy, will make you feel comfortable, relaxed and understood. Cathy explores Collingwood by hiking with her dog, cycling, kayaking, skiing and snowshoeing.
Registered Massage TherapistRobin is an Honours graduate from the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario. With a background as a CanFitPro Personal Trainer and Older Adult Specialist, Robin has a special interest in treating soft tissue dysfunction resulting from chronic stress and tension-holding patterns using therapeutic massage and progressive relaxation techniques.
Robin enjoys a busy and active lifestyle with her two children and can often be seen hiking the Niagara Escarpment, kayaking on Georgian Bay or running the local roads and trails with her dog, Juno.
Victoria is a Registered Kinesiologist with an Honours Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College. She is passionate about all forms of exercise and believes that it is beneficial for everyone. She has certifications in Advanced Aquatic Therapy for Pain Management and Gait & Balance Retraining. She volunteers in cardiovascular rehabilitation helping patients start to exercise post heart attack and stroke. Victoria stays active by running, hiking, aerial silks and paddle boarding.
Olivia graduated from Collingwood Collegiate Institute and will be working in the clinic for her gap year. She is interested in pursuing the health field and is hoping to attend post-secondary school to study nursing in September. Olivia has been a competitive Nordic ski racer and soccer player for many years, making her a huge asset with teaching and cueing clients with their exercises.
Samantha has been with Maximum for several years and is an expert with WSIB and MVA claims. She has two young sons and not a lot of free time! If she finds some, she loves boxing, walking her dog, hiking, playing volleyball, baseball and soccer.

Asia is passionate about helping people and that’s why she’s such a good fit to the front desk team. She volunteers at her church and has traveled to Mexico to do volunteer work. Asia stays active by running, hiking and snow boarding.
